As an exception, the next “Evening with Merciful Jesus” at the John Paul II National Shrine in Washington, D.C. hosted by Sisters from the Washington community of the Congregation of Our Lady of Mercy will take place on November 21st. It will start at 7 pm with prayer around the Divine Mercy image with the words of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, for intentions sent from all over the world, particularly from young people and especially important for them. Those participating will also pray for each other. A lecture is also planned, this time to be delivered by Sr. Donata, Adoration with praise of the merciful God and agape, during which the theme of the evening is discussed at the table with the speaker of the evening, combined with sharing of thoughts and experiences. “Evenings with Merciful Jesus” are organized for young people who want to follow in the footsteps of St. Faustina and St. John Paul II to discover a new quality of life in friendship with Merciful Jesus.
