A crisis can affect any marriage, whether from the date of the wedding has passed one year, five, ten or twenty-five years. Marital crises usually begin when the husband and wife together lose close and intimate contact, they begin to gradually withdraw from each other. Conversations are limited to the exchange of information: who has to pick up the child, do shopping, clean the apartment, etc. This situation, if not sufficiently resolved quickly, can turn into a long-lasting marriage crisis that every day gains strength and “rust” begins to “eat away” marriage. It may come to that point where spouses find that nothing can save their relationship, and the only sensible solution is to divorce … Why not then believe in the power of prayer, of which the Gospel says, when lifted up with faith can move mountains. “For with God nothing is impossible” (Luke 1, 37).
Therefore, we encourage marriages that experience various difficulties in the relationship to turn to individual prayer and to use the “spiritual Ambulance for marriages in crisis.” How does it work? Just write an email to the sisters of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy in Plock asking them to pray for a particular marriage. Every day at 15:00 in the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in the Old Market, the sisters are praying for harmony, reconciliation and love between spouses. The prayer will be lifted up discreetly to ensure that none of those present will know the intended marriage. So do not wait, write a request to pray for your marriage: firstname.lastname@example.org TRUST – is the One for whom nothing is impossible!
